- What is QR Code?
This is a code that contains product information, and when you scan it with the camera, points are credited to your account.
- Why do I need to register my ID number?
We ask for your national ID number to ensure that your account is unique and secure, and that you are eligible to participate in the program. This helps us prevent any manipulation and ensure that everyone gets what they deserve. Don’t worry, your data is safe with us!
- Can I create more than one account with the same mobile number?
No, each mobile number only creates one account.
- What steps do I need to follow to redeem points?
1. Choose the merchant you want to redeem points with.
2. Click on “Redeem Points”.
3. Select the number of points you want to redeem.
4. Click on Confirm, a “coupon” will be created, and the coupon code will be sent to your mobile.
5. Visit any branch available in the application.
6. When you come to pay, ask the cashier to redeem your points.
